Introduction: There has been a sudden, unexplained surge in dermatophytoses India since past 5 years. T. rubrum being the most common etiological agent isolated from clinically diagnosed lesions of cutaneus dermatophytosis. It significantly higher capacity transmission than other anthropophilic dermatophytes. Aim and Objective: To study Antifungal Susceptibility Pattern , Molecular Profiling its Sequencing Analysis Trichophyton human Sample. Material Methods: This was prospective carried out Department Microbiology at Rama Medical College Hospital Research Centre Mandhana, Kanpur for period 1 year i.e, March 2017 to 2018. A total 375 suspected cases superficial fungal infection were collected with proper informed consent.
